Background

S Vedharaman is a Science Graduate from Bharadhidasan University and an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Also, he has completed his Diploma in Information Systems Audit from ICAI and completed his Diploma in IFRS from ACCA, United Kingdom. Recently he has completed the Certificate Course on Forensic Audit and Fraud Detection (FAFD) and Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit from ICAI.

Experience

Presently he is taking care of company law matters, corporate advisory and consultation, restructuring. Also he gives consultations in the areas like FEMA, RERA etc., He delivers lectures in professional forums and business forums.
